- Do not record class for any reason. It is your choice to turn on your webcam for class.
- Technical Requirements:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for the online class.
- Technical issues on your end are not grounds for refunds.
- Refund Policy:

- Refunds will only be considered ten days before class begins.
- The request must include the participant’s name, course details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 days of receiving the written request.

- It is the student’s responsibility to attend class. No refunds or reschedules will be granted if a student misses class for any reason.
- A summary of the missed class will be emailed to the student with particular references to online video content for review. Questions about the content may be asked via email at any time.
- Course Modifications:
- The course provider reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or instructors if necessary. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
- Termination of Enrollment:
- The course provider reserves the right to terminate your enrollment for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.
